We work to keep event times, locations, vendor information and other website content accurate. Details may change, and information on this site is not a guarantee that a particular vendor, product, service or activity will be available.
Registrations and communications
You agree to provide accurate information and to update us if it changes. Marketing communications are optional and may be withdrawn as described in our Privacy Policy. Operational messages about an application, payment or registration are not marketing messages.
Event changes and conduct
Events may be changed, delayed or cancelled because of venue needs, safety concerns, weather, government action or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Guests must follow venue rules and lawful directions from event staff. We may refuse entry or require a person to leave for unsafe, disruptive, unlawful or abusive conduct.
Independent vendors
Vendors are independent businesses and are responsible for their own products, services, representations, permits and customer transactions. Unless expressly stated in writing, Weekly Sunday Bazaar does not endorse or guarantee a vendor or its offerings.
Intellectual property
The website design, branding, copy and organizer-provided media may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. By voluntarily providing a business logo or promotional media for publication, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and grant us permission to display it for event promotion.
Disclaimers and limitation
The website and event information are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, the organizers are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website, attendance at an event or dealings with an independent vendor.
